Can Ice Prince Give Us A Dope album ??

Can Ice Prince Give Us A Dope album ??

The guy I am writing about Ice Prince pretty much needs no introduction. We all know him right? Why is someone acting like they don’t know him? Wait! Chill out; let me jolt your fickle memory. Oh, I get it, you’re losing your affection for him and you’re no more loyal.

Unfortunately, it has come to point you have started befriending another rapper to fill in the ——– gap. Well, let’s say Ice Prince is part of the blame for our wavering loyalty. In fact, he has been openly flirting with other genres, pop, highlife right under our nose. Like the infidelity wasn’t enough; when he came back to his first love Hip Hop, he refused to go in hard. We earnestly wanted an “eargasm” when he listened to his rap singles, but the libido was way too low, to match our readiness. It’s like having a partner that has ED, the ladies understand this line better. A brother needs Viagra to get his mojo up.

In case you missed it. Ice Prince wooed us with his Brymo assisted Oleku. Oleku still stands as one of the biggest rap songs in Africa, with the highest remixes ever for a rap song. Also, he is very famous for his 2012 hit song Aboki. I want to believe that Aboki delivered to him his 2013 BET award as Best International Act: Africa. Not forgetting to mention other great songs and awards to his name.

Most importantly, we still know Ice prince for his swag; the swag is almost larger than life itself. Everybody Loves Ice Prince, and even if you don’t like him a lot, you will like his poise and swagger. The boy can dress, right from his snap backs, well groomed beards, down to sneakers, he keeps it 100 and 1%. This Aboki can slay on the runways if he ever tries modeling. But now let’s tell our guy, some valid points now.

Ice Prince is one artiste that his reputation for swag goes ahead of him, even before his music. Problem is that his rap game has been diluted while the swag remains intact. He too like many other rapper colleagues, is flirting with other genres outside rap. Shouldn’t he divorce rap openly and get together with pop music or high life as a singer. Too many times his lyrics are dead on arrival, and a disappointment to hip-hop sense. Your fans deserve more, don’t you think so? Our guy should be reprimanded openly for feeding us with his cold chocolate bars that might be best served at a nursery school. He should be penalized for mindless lifting and overt plagiarism. Now the music consuming populace, don dey wise up, we no dey chop anything in the guise of music even if it’s served by our favourite artiste.
Our dearest Ice Prince, your third studio album is just days away from official release. Music lovers and fans, especially “Zamaniacs” are asking, can Ice Prince give us an album badder than his swag? We want for once that your music out smarts your looks and swag. Prove us wrong that you don’t only serve cold chocolate bars. Rain down the Fire of Zamani, drop some hot bars that will raise the dead. Drive us to endless “eargasms” as we listen to your Jos To The World Album. Your core fans Zamaniacs are eager to slap anyone who dare taunts you as a cold chocolate rapper, after listening to your latest project. Zamaniacs dey your back no just fall our hands abeg

JAMB Inconsequential Grading Policy [Must Read]

JAMB Inconsequential Grading Policy [Must Read]

On JAMB’s Inconsequential Grading Policy – Oluwole Olurunfemi

The popular saying goes: youths are tomorrow’s leaders. There are great expectations for the hope of a better future are on the youth. This has prompted many parents to work very hard to educate their children to make them have better lives in the future. Taking a good look at our education system, there has been so many polices, which has eroded quality in the sector.

Compared with some countries in Africa, our educational sector seems to be lagging behind in many ways. The challenges majority of students face yearly, especially when writing important examinations, such as the ones organised by West African Examination Council (WAEC), National Examination Council (NECO) and Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB), is nothing to write home about.

There have been a lot of cases of fraud and examination malpractices. Miracle centres has taken over the space and many students no longer read for exams. Some students are faced with the issue of fake admission in the university; some realised earlier, while some get to know late. There have been concerns over the quality of graduates being produced by our institutions. Many graduates finished with ‘good results’ but cannot defend their grades. Lecture rooms are not adequate to cater for students, leaving lecturers to be absent at lectures and give out handouts.

Recently, JAMB came out with a new policy which is its official grading system for 2016/2017 session based on point. JAMB has a grade point for every score for candidates, which ranges from 180 to 400 and the grading scores also range from 20 to 60 points.

JAMB allocated points to O’level results according to the candidates’ grades in either of WAEC or NECO. It is 10 points. But if it is combined results, it is two points. JAMB went ahead to allocate points to each grades, which ranges from A to C. It is six to three points for each grade. JAMB, NECO and WAEC are different bodies, but why will points be allocated to O’Level results. If JAMB has decided not to use post-United Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) in giving admission to candidate, it is fine.

But, many may not buy the idea of allocating points and marks to examinations it did not conduct. Before the coming of this new policy, we all knew it is not all candidates that would be lucky to pass their ‘O’Level in a single sitting. I dare say majority of the candidates that are being offered admission use combined results.

Has JAMB looked into a situation where majority of those who sit for ‘O’Level examination perform woefully in Mathematics and English Language, and have to combine or sit for the papers they did not make? Are we saying this set of students would be given two points for combined result? This is not fair. What would be the fate of the students that fall into this category? JAMB should have graded every candidate according to his ability, which is the normal score they deserve.

This will not discourage candidates who combine of O’Level result. This grading method would frustrate the efforts of candidates seeking for admission in higher institutions. It is making the whole process to look like a lottery, rather than an examination. If review of the policy is not done, it will continue to worsen the already bad situation in our education system. It might get to a point that our so-called future leaders would pay less attention to education.

‘If Nigerians had rallied round Goodluck Jonathan perhaps’ #ontopnigeria

‘If Nigerians had rallied round Goodluck Jonathan perhaps’ #ontopnigeria

Nigerians need to support the Muhammadu Buhari administration to succeed, in their self-interests, Engr. Amhed Zakari, has said.

Engr. Zakari, a peace campaigner, told Vanguard in an interview that if the Buhari administration failed, Nigerians would be worse off, as the failure of the government would have negative impacts on their lives.
His words, "Let's support the government of Muhammadu Buhari so that he will be in a position to deliver to Nigerians on the promises that he made during the 2014 presidential elections campaigns. This is important."
He said that Buhari is not an All Progressives Congress (APC) president but the president of Nigeria and therefore good spirited Nigerians must rally round him to succeed for the good of all. "So it is not just an issue of President Muhammadu Buhari. No.

Every president that comes to power, Nigerians must take it as a duty to support that president. We must move away from business as usual.
"Let's begin to behave like Americans who love their country so much. Nigerians should love their country and understand that whoever God has chosen to lead us, whether that person is a Christian, Muslim or somebody who doesn't believe in any of
these two religions- because we have them.

"We have free thinkers who are highly educated who can contest election in this country, and if God has destined them to rule this country, they will become president. If that happens it becomes mandatory for every Nigerian to support that administration for the good of all.
"Not for the good of the president because if the president fails, the pains and negativity of his failure will impact on Nigerians. But if he succeeds, it will for the good of all Nigerians. This is what our organization believes in it the reality.
"Let's support the government of Muhammadu Buhari so that he will be in a position to deliver to Nigerians on the promises that he made during the 2014 presidential elections campaigns. This is important."
"If Nigerians were to behave like Americans, at least we borrowed democracy from America, but one thing we didn't borrow from America is the attitude of Americans towards the government. In America, they all agreed that yes they belong to different political parties but the moment a president wins an election and he is sworn in as the president of the United States of America, every American falls in line behind that government and then support that government so that it can deliver.

"But in our own case in Nigeria just the democracy we borrowed, we do not support the government if we do not belong to the same party with the president. If he does anything no matter how good you will see some Nigerians who keep criticizing, making very negative criticism and then causing confusion.
Some unpatriotic Nigerians can even go far as sponsoring violence. "We need to start supporting our government, it doesn't matter from which political party which the individual come from, or whoever is there if the president is a Christian, Muslim or even if he doesn't belong to any of these religions, provided he followed due process and Nigerians queued up to elect him as the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria then it becomes mandatory for every Nigerian to support that government and that administration so that the government can be in a position to deliver for the good of all Nigerians.

Then when election comes, everybody goes back to his party and then I think it will be better for us.
Engr. Zakari said that if all Nigerians had considered former President Goodluck Jonathan and their president and assisted him to succeed, the nation could have been
better off.
"If all Nigerians rallied round Jonathan perhaps. The peace campaigner said that perhaps, if all Nigerians genuinely supported former President Goodluck Jonathan, the nation would not be where it is today.
"Maybe, just maybe, if Nigerians had rallied around Goodluck Jonathan for the five years he was in Office, probably we would not have found ourselves where we are
today."

Yaradua’s Wife Orders Police To Arrest 70-Year-Old Domestic Servant Over Missing Rice #Na wa o #Ontopnigeria

Yaradua's Wife Orders Police To Arrest 70-Year-Old Domestic Servant Over Missing Rice, Family Begs Buhari For Help Former First Lady, Hajiya Turai Yar'Adua, wife of the late President Umaru Yar'Adua, has handed over to the police her 70-year-old domestic servant, Malam Yusuf Jikwando and his two sons, over missing foodstuffs and an undisclosed amount of money.

Jikwando, who is the longest serving domestic servant to the
Yar'Adua family, was allegedly arrested two days before Eid- el Kabir in his house at Samji Quarters in Katsina. It was learnt that the arrest followed Turai's directive to the state Commissioner of Police, Abdullahi Mohammed.

A man close to the family said that five well-armed policemen invaded Jikwando's house and searched the entire house, but only found three measures of rice and a quarter bag of maize. According to him, Jikwando's eldest son and second to the last born were later arrested.

He said while Jikwando's family members and relatives tried to go and see the former first lady in Abuja over the arrests,
five people, among them the man's wife, had an accident near Kankara village. According to him, the victims sustained
serious injuries.

Sources said Jikwando served the Yar'Adua family for over 40 years and was never found wanting by the late President.

According to one of Jikwando's sons, the family hardly eats three square meals a day despite their father's closeness to the Yar'Adua family. He said their father celebrated the Eid- el Kabir in Katsina prison without being taken to court.

The son said Turai was not specific in her complaint against his father.

The Jikwando family members appealed to President Muhammadu Buhari, Governor Bello Masari of Katsina State and the Human Rights Commission to come to their aid.
According to them, injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.

Top 5 Most Notorious Criminals In Nigeria’s History (Pictures) #ontopnigeria

Top 5 Most Notorious Criminals In Nigeria’s History (Pictures) #ontopnigeria

Nigeria as a nation has had its fair share of insecure times, when hoodlums, bandits and dreaded criminals threatened the lives of citizens. Below are 5 of the most notorious criminals in Nigeria’s history. We begin the count down from 5.

1. Baddo of Ikorodu/ Godogodo

most-notorious-criminals-in-nigerias-history-theinfong
The number 5 position is jointly shared by two notorious criminals who for too long terrorized Lagos state, Baddo and Godogo. Baddo was infamous for molesting children and women, with robbery as part of the crimes that made him dreaded within Ikorodu. For too long, this…click next to continue..

notorious criminal terrorized residents of Ikorodu and there seemed to be nothing the police could do to keep him behind bars, for the police would always release the deadly miscreant some days after they apprehend him.

Abiodun Egunjobi, alias Godogodo
This continued until sometime in June when the police released him after a brief stay in their custody. The residents of Ikorodu reportedly mustered courage lynched Baddo and set him ablaze, they will have no more of his terror. On his part, was a prominent armed robber in the South-western part of Nigeria who eluded security operatives over the years, killing and miming many who he came in contact with. Abiodun Egunjobi popularly known as Godogodo, rose from being a slum boy to being the leader of a gang that defied all reasons, struck with precision, killed without mercy and terrorised Lagos residents and others within the south-west region. Reports suggest that before his arrest on August 1, 2013, Godogodo, also known as the one-eyed assassin, gave the Lagos state police command so much headache for 14 years, so much so that on the day he was arrested, the command erupted in joy: at least its men would be safe from his guns.

godogodo2
Originally from Ogun state, Egunjobi was on the wanted list of the police for over 10 years and the way he managed to evade the police still remains legendary. In fact, he was at a time, on the top of the most wanted list of the command with several police commissioners assigning the toughest of cops on his trail. Godogodo allegedly went for operations with a bag containing 10 fully loaded AK 47 rifles with 30 rounds of ammunition each and as such, he was fully prepared in terms of weapons on his back. It was gathered that Godogodo used to tell his gang members that he would never be arrested alive and had vowed to go down with as many policemen as possible on the day he is unable to escape arrest.
godogodo4
‘ This vow was later found to be real, as anti-robbery detectives recovered several loaded AK47s, each with 60 rounds of live ammunition, from different parts of his residence, including the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, sitting room on the day of his arrest.
godogodo3
He was so good at disguising his criminal activities that even his wife and family members never knew what he was into. He had six houses in different locations including Lagos, Ogun and Ondo States, and never stayed in a particular location for more than a month.
Baddo

2. Derico Nwanmama

derico

Okwudili Ndiwe also known as Derico Nwamama was dubbed the king of the underworld in the south-eastern region of Nigeria. According to reports, Derico was a street urchin who grew in a dreaded gang leader, one whose name sent tremor to the hearts of many within the eastern region. Traders and residents of Onitsha, the commercial capital of Anambra state were the ones who felt his scourge the most. According to reports, Derico Nwamama had killed over 100 people including 25 police officers whose lives he mercilessly wasted. He was a master of countless bus robberies and will not blink twice before pumping his hot lead bullets into the beating hearts of hapless victims. There is a legend that after his successful raids, he would boast and declare himself invincible. Derico seemed to have placed a lot of faith and confidence in the charms prepared for him by the traditional witch doctors. Prior to his being crowned king of thieves in Anambra, there was a Chiejina who was described as the deadliest armed robber in the whole state. Derico’s father too was from Aguleri and in no time, the paths of the two met and they became very good friends and colleagues in the armed robbery business.

derico2
However, their friendship would not last for long as bloody arguments soon broke out between the two of them over the scope and nature of executing their operations. Both of them were at the peak of their strengths and they were equally feared all over the region. The brutality of Derico soon proved too toxic for Chiejina, and during a violent argument over their mode of operation and leadership, Derico blasted Chiejina to an early grave with a volley of bullets. After the death of Chiejina, Derico became the undisputed emperor of terror in the land. In May 2001, the Anambra state police command launched the Operation Derico which was aimed at capturing Derico and his gang members at all cost. Some of Derico’s men were arrested in the police offensive, but Dericoa was still elusive as he kept operating with reckless abandon, robbing, killing and kidnapping innocent Nigerians. With the police and other security forces unable to bring Derico Nwamama and his terror regime to a close, the onus fell on the Bakassi Boys, the militant wing of the Anambra Vigilante Services (AVS), a local vigilante group set up to curb crime and criminality in the Sout East.

The group also know as the Bakassi Boys, were at the forefront of the hunt and capture of Derico Nwamama. On Tuesday, July 3, 2001, the reportedly invisible Derico was nabbed on his way to Onitsha from Agbor, ostensibly on one of his missions. Bakassi boys made a great show of Derico’s arrest, parading round Onitsha with rapturous applause, and cheers of the many who for too long had been oppressed. There were requests by the Nigerian police to have Derico handed into their custody, however, it all proved abortive, as the Bakassi boys served justice to the criminal in their jungle justice style. Derico was beheaded in an open square, with the Bakassi boys rendering a performance like non had ever seen before within the eastern region where they operated.

3. Shina Rambo
Pastor Shina Rambo

Shina Rambo is one name that has refused to go away especially from the brains of those who witnessed the nightmare of this criminal. With a name that reminds one of the movie “First Blood” starring Sylvester Stalone as John Rambo, Shina Rambo made a dreaded name for himself, launching attacks that made even the police force fear to battle him. It is fabled that Shina Rambo will rob a full highway with his gang, shooting sporadically like a soldier at war. There are stories that say he was killed in operation, however, some other accounts say he died like an ordinary man. It is believed that the policemen who killed him did not even know that it was Shina Rambo. He was on his way to Lanrewaju Motors to buy a Pathfinder SUV when he was apprehended by the police on the Ojota New Garage Long Bridge, asserts Olusegun Kokumo Adaralese Raji known as Okuta, one of the armed robbers that terrorised the country for about 20 years.

Rambo was not the one driving when the police stopped him and his gang, they discovered a lot of money in a cartoon in the trunk of the Datsun car. When they started questioning him on the possession of such huge an amount, an argument ensued and he attempted to disarm one of the policemen. It was one of the policemen at the other side of the road who shot Rambo down. “They were able to get him because he was not with his charms. He was free of charms since he was not going for operation. As this was going on, the driver of the vehicle had jumped inside the canal and made his escape. The police just dragged his body into their vehicle. They first carried his corpse around and later dumped him into the canal when it was dark, ” Okuta narrated to National Mirror. With several legends about Shina Rambo, there is a certain man of God who actually is Shina Rambo, having given his life to Christ. Okuta however insists that the RCCG pastor parading himself around as Shina Rambo is a counterfeit, stressing that the police authorities were irked by their not knowing that Shina Rambo was the one killed.

4. Dr Oyenusi
Oyenusi 4

On the 8th of September, 1971, ‘Doctor’ Ishola Oyenusi, a notorious Nigerian robber was executed, his is name forever etched in the history of Nigeria as one of the most violent armed robbers, a criminal who unleashed boundless terror on many Nigerians. By the early 1970s, just after the end of a bloody civil war, cold-hearted robber Ishola Oyenusi who called himself Dr Oyenusi, terrorized all of Lagos, Nigeria’s largest commercial centre. Oyenusi was no ordinary bandit, he was wicked and had all the self-confidence in the world to go with it. His arrogance was also legendary. In 1970, he was arrested and handcuffed by a police officer. As the policeman was ordering him around, Oyenusi blasted him and thundered: “People like you don’t talk to me like that when I am armed. I gun them down.”

Oyenusi 3
This robber was so feared that when the famed movie director, Chief Eddie Ugbomah made a film titled The Rise and Fall of Dr Oyenusi in 1977, there was no one bold enough to come forward to act the role of the armed robber because they feared his members would strike. Ugbomah had no other option but to act the role himself with the feature film depicting the senseless violence of armed robberies and the absolutely atrocious manner by which lives of innocent Nigerians were snuffed out. After shooting the movie, Ugbomah received a letter from thieves who invaded and looted his provision store, carting away all they could. In the letter, they promised to return his goods if he would only stop shooting the film in which he exposed the support received by the armed robbers from their ‘godfathers’ and even high-ranking officers in the Nigerian Armed Forces.
Dr Oyenusi
The stubborn Ugbomah called their bluff and went ahead with the 16mm-flick, he would later produce many other films such as Death of a Black President (1983), Esan (Nemesis), The Mask and Vengeance of the Cult in 1985. Crowned emperor of robbers in the 1970s, Oyenusi was described as the ‘first celebrated armed robber in Nigeria’. He is regarded by some as the pioneer of conventional armed robbery in Nigeria. Oyenusi was reportedly nabbed by the Nigerian police in March 1971, after he organized a robbery in which $28,000 (value as at that time) was stolen.

Although the first public execution of robbers had taken place in April 1971, that of Oyenusi and his criminal allies was a special case and the Lagos government reportedly took time to prepare the grounds at the Bar Beach. A combined team of police officers and soldiers struggled to contain the surging crowd of thousands of excited spectators. At about 9.15 am, a team of Lagos city council workers came to the execution arena with empty mock coffins which they calmly laid behind the execution stand. Obviously, they were there to make fun of a man who had sent so much terror into their hearts. About half an hour later, eight robbers were led to the execution stand, though faced with death, Oyensui smiled all through the proceedings; he sure was expecting what he got.

5. Anini

Lawrence Anini

Unarguably Nigeria’s most dreaded criminal, Lawrence Nomanyagbon Anini was a Nigerian bandit who terrorised Benin city in the 1980s along with his sidekick Monday Osunbor. Anini was dreadfully called ‘The Law’ or ‘Ovbigbo’. He migrated to Benin at an early age, learned to drive and became a skilled taxi driver. Reports suggest that he became known in Benin motor parks as a man who could control the varied competing interests among motor park touts and operators. Anini is widely recognized as a driver and transporter for gangs, criminal godfathers and thieves. He created a gang which included, Monday Osunbor, Friday Ofege, Henry Ekponwan, Eweka and Alhaji zed zed or Zegezege who was never captured. They started out as car hijackers, bus robbers and bank thieves. Gradually, he extended his criminal acts to other towns and cities far north and east of Benin.
Anini 2

It is echoed in some quarters that on one mission which eventually went south, Anini drove from Benin to Lagos with reverse. There are claims that the complicity of the police triggered Anini’s reign of terror in 1986. In early 1986, two members of his gang were tried and prosecuted against an earlier under-the-table ‘agreement’ with the police to destroy evidence against the gang members. According to reports, this incident, and Anini’s view of police betrayal, spurred retaliatory actions by dreaded underworld lord. In August, 1986, a fatal bank robbery linked to Anini was reported in which a police officer (Nathaniel Egharevba) and others were killed. That same month, two officers on duty were shot at a barricade while trying to stop Anini’s car. During a span of three months, he was known to have killed nine police officer.
Investigations reveal that 18 civilians were murdered by Anini’s armed gang who successfully robbed 12 banks before the rescue team of six senior police officers led by DIG Parry Osayande arrived in Bendel state. Anini’s gang confidently robbed banks in day light and threw money at women in crowded markets as a show of bravery to earn sympathy and popularity. After they were apprehended, Anini’s syndicate was allowed to speak and indeed they spoke to Nigerians. They were put in the military hospital in Benin and journalists were invited to interview them from time to time for public consumption. They were interrogated thoroughly and the Ministry of Justice, Benin prosecuted the case in the tribunal. Anini and members of his gang were found guilty having been successfully prosecuted to conviction. They were handed death sentences by a firing squad.

Sugar daddy impregnate's girl, infects her with HIV 59 minutes ago #Ontopnigeria

A Kenyan girl has narrated how her sugar daddy abandoned her after getting her pregnant and also infecting her with HiV.
A Kenyan woman decided to share how her she went through the highs and lows of indulging in a relationship with a sugar daddy.
The lady shared her story on facebook, stating how her
sugar daddy eventually left her pregnant and HIV positive.
She also used the 'opportunity' to advise other ladies to be
mindful of sugar daddies.
Read what she wrote below:
"After classes on a Friday me and my friends had gone to a
popular joint in Westlands, 4 older gentlemen came over to
our table and offered us drinks (proper drinks), we agreed
and over the next 2 months it was play and fun, they would
invite us to hotels and have fun with us, pay us well which I
now know is prostitution."
The guy I landed was nothing short of rich and he gave me
pocket money, unlike my dad who gave me 4k a month he
would give me 20k every two weeks, I could get all the
shoes and clothes I wanted. I was lucky enough to move
from the hostels near Chiromo to a one bedroom in
parklands.
After 9 months of happiness, the guy changed he would
only see me on weekends or send his driver to pick me up;
his driver was a kind guy and through him I learned the
hard truth that my new man was married and had a
daughter my age, apparently I was not the only girl the
driver would pick up. I was angry at myself but then again
the 42′ inch Samsung was delivered to my place the
following Monday with an apology from my hubby as I had
grown to know him, to say I was stupid and blind would be
an understatement.
When she suddenly took ill and was admitted at the

Sad! Female Pastor tries to walk on water, then this happens #Ontopnigeria

This is not the real photo for security reasons.

Some of the miracles of Jesus in the Bible ought to come with a disclaimer – " Don't try this."

A 35-year-old pastor in Gabon, Franck Kabele, has died
while trying to take after Jesus in the Bible. Reports claim
that Kabele told his congregation that he was capable of re enacting the same miracles of Jesus Christ in the Bible.
He decided to make it clear through way of demonstration
on Gabon's beach in the capital city of Libreville.

Using Matthew 14:22-33 as reference, Kabele said that he
received a revelation which told him that with enough faith
he could achieve what Jesus did also. Eyewitnesses say
that Kabele took his congregation out to the beach. He told
them that he would cross the Kombo estuary by foot, which
is normally a 20-minute boat ride. Sadly by the second step
into the water, Kabele found himself completely
submerged. He never returned.
This is not the first incident of this nature in Africa.

At Ibadan zoo in south-west Nigeria, a self-proclaimed
prophet claimed to be able to do what the Daniel of the
bible did by walking into a den full of lions. Though he was
warned numerous times by zoo keepers, the prophet
thought of them as nothing more than enemies of progress.
The prophet, with a crowd of people watching, put on a long
red robe and proceeded to enter the cage full of lions. HE
was ripped apart from flesh to bone within seconds of
entrance into the lions' den.

Sad!

This is absolutely amazing and creative!
Piece of broken bottle being use to make a
wedding ring stud
A guy used a piece of broken bottle to make an engagement
band which he used to propose to his girlfriend.
If you are not told you won't believe a bottle was used to
make the stud on the ring.

With the economic recession Nigeria is facing, this can
actually save the day for some intending couple or what do
you think? It can also be used to make fashion rings too.

Panic As Deadly Cobra Snakes Invade Yenagoa Bayelsa State #Ontopnigeria

2016 – Panic As Cobra Snakes Invade
Yenagoa Bayelsa State
Mysterious appearances of snakes especially Cobras on
streets and homes in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State capital is
creating panic among residents.
Some persons attributed the development to consistent
rainfalls and floods experienced in many parts of the capital
city.
Others, however, said the underdeveloped nature of
Yenagoa which has bushes, unkempt canals and many
undeveloped plots of land provide safe haven for snakes
and reptiles.
Residents of the Apex Academy road of Amarata community
on Imgbi road at the weekend were said to have discovered
a giant cobra in a vehicle and rallied round to kill it.
One of the residents identified as Chidera, said the cobra
was discovered in a vehicle owned by a trader.
At about 7am, the owner of the vehicle, Emmanuel, called
an auto repairer to fix the vehicle but discovered a large
snake hiding in the vehicle.
"The man rushed to call some residents of the area to assist
him. Some youths gathered and killed the snake", he said.
Another resident identified as Joshua, said there have been
movements of snakes around the Amarata since the rainfall
started.
"Some weeks ago, I saw a huge snake at the back of my
house in the morning. Attempts to kill the cobra failed as it
was ready to strike", he said.
But a local snake expert, Festus Ogienwon, advised residents
to be careful while walking at night.
He further asked people to ensure their doors are tightly
closed at all time to avoid snakes crawling into their
apartments to hide .

because the cleric had already prepared the minds of his
followers .
In her words:
"Papa had prepared the minds of the people, not for
Mama's death but generally on deaths. He spoke a lot about
it in recent times.
"In fact, there is a book Papa (Prophet Abiara) wrote, which
is about to be published. It is title 'Why death?'
And when his wife died, it was like Papa had been preaching
about heaven, preaching about the kingdom of God and
about death."

"I Need Deliverance" – Pick Pocket Caught Stealing At RRS Office Confesses
Deji Ayoola, a 28-year-old man arrested by the operatives of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) for pick-pocketing proved his mettle by stealing N1,200 again inside the Police's office during an interrogation.
The suspect was hitherto, nabbed by the patrol team of the squad at Ojodu Berger at the weekend for pick-pocketing a commuter trying to board a commercial vehicle to the Redemption Camp.
He had successfully perpetrated the crime before the RRS operatives who sighted him when he was removing the wallet pursued and arrested him.
Speaking with the victim over the incident, Ayodele Akerele said;
"I collected a sum of N14,500 from Automated Teller Machine (ATM) from a bank at Berger on my way to the Redemption Camp. However, I had no inkling that my money had been removed. It was about the time to pay fare that I discovered my wallet had disappeared".
"In fact, I had even forgotten about the money until the following day, when an operative from RRS called me that my wallet was recovered from a suspect when they nabbed him. The Policeman added that they found my mobile number inside my wallet which made it easy for them to call me.I was shocked to hear this because I had already lost hope of recovering the money", he stated.
The suspect who lived at Mowe area of Ogun State, confessed to the crime and blamed devil for it.
"I truly removed the wallet from his (victim) pocket before I was arrested by the policemen. They bundled me to their office immediately. It was the devil who pushed me into the act. I pray to God to forgive me. I just to the demon removed from my head", he pleaded.
