A Kenyan girl has narrated how her sugar daddy abandoned her after getting her pregnant and also infecting her with HiV.
A Kenyan woman decided to share how her she went through the highs and lows of indulging in a relationship with a sugar daddy.
The lady shared her story on facebook, stating how her sugar daddy eventually left her pregnant and HIV positive. She also used the 'opportunity' to advise other ladies to be mindful of sugar daddies. Read what she wrote below: "After classes on a Friday me and my friends had gone to a popular joint in Westlands, 4 older gentlemen came over to our table and offered us drinks (proper drinks), we agreed and over the next 2 months it was play and fun, they would invite us to hotels and have fun with us, pay us well which I now know is prostitution." The guy I landed was nothing short of rich and he gave me pocket money, unlike my dad who gave me 4k a month he would give me 20k every two weeks, I could get all the shoes and clothes I wanted. I was lucky enough to move from the hostels near Chiromo to a one bedroom in parklands.
After 9 months of happiness, the guy changed he would only see me on weekends or send his driver to pick me up; his driver was a kind guy and through him I learned the hard truth that my new man was married and had a daughter my age, apparently I was not the only girl the driver would pick up. I was angry at myself but then again the 42′ inch Samsung was delivered to my place the following Monday with an apology from my hubby as I had grown to know him, to say I was stupid and blind would be an understatement. When she suddenly took ill and was admitted at the hospital, different medications the doctors tried refused to work on her and she decided to try another hospital in Nairobi. While at the new hospital, it was discovered she was already two months pregnant and tested positive to HIV. "After breaking the news to the guy he took off and said I had been seeing someone else, the following day 8 guys showed up at my house with a moving truck, at this point, you realize there is no dif between you and a visitor. Out went my beautiful TV, sofa, Queen size bed, my tables and carpets were all loaded into a truck and taken away. With the 3k I had I went back home and my mother knew immediately I was with child, my father hasn't spoken to me since then, it's been 2 years now, I'm still HIV positive, my son is still here and for the 1 year I enjoyed life with a married man, I lost school time, I lost a boyfriend who now is working and another woman is enjoying what was to be mine. Most of my friends are gone, some are really sick with HIV, family members use me as a negative example, my cousins don't talk to me. Women work hard, get a man you can lift, be thankful for what you have, don't be greedy stick to the 200 Bob credit and watch it grow to 1000 and more" Wow!

A woman has cried out for help from charitable Nigerians since her husband abandoned her in a hospital four months ago because he could not pay the medical bill of over N520,000. The 39-year old mother of seven, Mrs. Uzoamaka Onu, who had a cancer operation is currently stuck in the New Mayor Hospital and Fertility Centre, Nkpor in Anambra due to none payment of the bill. Report from the News Agency of Nigeria, NAN, said Mrs. Onu, a food vendor from Okpoto community in Ishielu Local Government Area of Ebonyi, could not get in touch with her husband after several attempt for four months, hence the conclusion that the man has abandoned her to fate. Here’s her full story: “My husband stopped visiting the hospital after I successfully underwent a surgery on my right breast. “Though I do not blame him for absconding because he had suffered a lot since 2013 when signs of cancer started manifesting. “He (my husband) sells rat poison and cannot afford the money to pay the balance and I think that is why he has run away. My problem started in 2013 when I started experiencing excruciating pain in my body, specifically in my lungs. I started visiting patent medicine stores for solution, but unfortunately that compounded my problems. “However, it was on the advice of some friends and family members that I decided to visit General Hospital, Abakiliki where I was diagnosed with breast cancer. “I am appealing to good spirited Nigerians to come to my aid and help me to get back home.” In her quest to regain her health, Uzoamaka had visited the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital (UNTH), Enugu and Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) for solution. The rendezvous finally brought her to New Mayor Hospital and Fertility Centre where she had a successful surgery, leading to outright removal of her right breast. “The total bill charged by the hospital management for the surgery was N750,000 but my family managed to pay N230,000, leaving the outstanding balance.” Mrs. Onu’s predicament was confirmed by the hospitals medical director, Dr. Ben Ossai who described the her situation as extremely sympathetic. According the doctor, her right breast was in a deteriorating state and was emitting offensive odour due to the devastation the ailment had caused, hence the necessity to surgically remove the affected breast. Ossai continued: “The patient underwent a successful surgery and had long been discharged pending when her family would pay the balance of her medical bill. But for four months now, her husband has not visited and we suspected he has absconded.”
The police in Lagos State have arrested a 26-year-old undergraduate, Ademola Adebayo, for allegedly defrauding seven ladies he met on Facebook.
Adebayo, a 400-Level student of Computer Science, allegedly lured the ladies by uploading some rich pictures on Facebook, and asking his victims to meet him at a location, usually a hotel on the pretext that he had deals for them.
When the ladies showed up at the agreed location, the suspect would dispose them of their phones and other valuables.
The police alleged that Adebayo worked with an accomplice, 35-year-old Toheeb Fetuga, who had also been arrested.
The suspect was arrested by the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, Ikeja, where one of the victims reported the matter.
Adebayo told Punch that he had defrauded seven ladies of their valuables.
He said,
“One of the ladies I defrauded was Rita. She came to a hotel in the Oyingbo area. We had met on Facebook and I agreed to do a deal with her. She was a woman willing to have a sexual affair with me for money.
“I invited her to the hotel and asked how much she would take. She said $1,000, and I said it was okay. I collected her phone. I asked her to come for the money at a hotel in the Victoria Island area. So, she believed me and left.
“I checked the contacts on her phone and that was where I got the contacts of other ladies I defrauded. I was trying to lure another friend of hers when I was arrested. I have done it to seven ladies. I usually meet the young women on Facebook, and it is either I add them or they add me.
“I usually uploaded rich pictures on Facebook, which attracted them to me. Fetuga was the one I usually gave the valuables to sell. He sold each of the phones for N6,000.”
Fetuga, on the other hand, said although Adebayo brought the phones to him, the undergraduate lied to him that the owners were badly in need of money.
He said,
“He came to me that he wanted to sell the phones. When I asked him where he got the phones from, he said some ladies in his school were in need of money to complete their projects and examinations.
“He had come about seven times and I gave him about N6,000 for each of the phones. We usually met at different places. He would call and say we should transact business.”
